Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Process Specialist to join our team. This role requires experience in freight forwarding and CargoWise One, with a focus on data entry and handling freight documents.

About the Role

This position involves various tasks such as ETA checking, job updates, shipment registration, and updating order track reports. The successful candidate will also be responsible for processing transshipments, monitoring commercial documents, and posting invoices.

Responsibilities
  • Data Entry: Enter information within specified service level agreements (SLA).
  • Freight Handling: Manage freight documents and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Commercial Documents: Monitor and chase commercial documents files.
  • Invoice Posting: Post invoices in a timely manner.
  • Sea Cargo Automation: Lodge sea cargo automation.
  • Transshipment: Process transshipments efficiently.
  • Document Uploading: Upload Telex HBL/MBL.
  • Manifest Creation: Send LCL manifest.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Graduate of BS Customs Administration or related courses.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledgeable in EDI and Incoterms, familiar with CargoWise or similar systems.
  • Work Experience: Related work experience in a freight/brokerage firm.
  • Communication Skills: Good communicator in email, chat, and online meetings.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and handling freight documents.
