Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Key Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting sales objectives, cultivating strong relationships with key clients, and implementing strategies to optimize product presence and sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets in volume (KG) and value by discovering new opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Implement company strategy and customer-specific initiatives by analyzing sales data, inventory levels, and other relevant information to create reports for improvement.
  • Develop and execute work plans with discipline, submitting daily call plans and results, including newly identified opportunities and purchase orders received from clients.
  • Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as establishing new accounts and generating more opportunities for both current and potential clients.
  • Foster positive relationships with key decision-makers from existing and prospective key clients.
  • Regularly visit stores to assess overall business performance in the designated area and monitor competitor activities.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all current and potential clients to facilitate needs assessment and planning.
  • Negotiate credit terms, manage defective orders, and address payment delinquencies.
  • Maintain connections with internal and external stakeholders, coordinating logistics for order processing and delivery.
Requirements
  • Willingness to be based within the National Capital Region.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Business Studies, Management, or Marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate a four-wheeled vehicle and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales in an FMCG distributor environment, specializing in retail (Modern Trade).
  • Proven track record in sales responsibility, including budgeting, expenses, pricing, and territory/account management.
  • Capacity to develop and execute a go-to-market strategy, leveraging customer insights and innovation.
  • Proficiency in both written and verbal English and local languages.
