Airframe Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Mechanic to oversee routine inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and component replacements on various aircraft systems.

• Inspect aircraft systems for defects or damage, identify root causes of issues, and perform necessary repairs to ensure operational safety.
• Troubleshoot mechanical or electrical problems in aircraft systems, using technical manuals and repair guides to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs, adhering to FAA regulations and company standards.
• Oversee scheduled maintenance activities, such as engine overhauls, system checks, and fluid replacements, to ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Education: Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Aircraft Maintenance Technology
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, preferably with hands-on experience on piston engine aircraft.
• Certifications: CAAP issued A&P license required. Additional certifications are a plus.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of aircraft systems, including engines, avionics, electrical, hydraulics, and airframes.
  • Proficient in using aircraft maintenance manuals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency maintenance situations.
