Quality Assurance Automation Specialist

Top-notch Quality Assurance Automation Engineer sought after to spearhead the development of robust automated test scripts and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities- Design, implement and maintain cutting-edge automated test scripts using industry-leading automation frameworks.
- Work in tandem with developers, product managers and other stakeholders to distill requirements and craft test strategies.
- Run thorough automated tests, scrutinize results and report defects, performance bottlenecks or areas requiring attention.
- Collaborate seamlessly with development teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure software delivery with exceptional quality.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups and reviews.
- Demonstrated expertise in QA automation with a strong background in Playwright for end-to-end testing.
- Familiarity with advanced Playwright capabilities such as network request mocking, headless testing, parallel execution and visual testing.
- Knowledge of integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
- A solid understanding of QA practices, automation frameworks and defect management.
- Experience with test management tools such as Jira and TestRail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative environment.
