Job Title: Marketing Creative Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Creative Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating original graphics and illustrations for social media, website content, email campaigns, and digital advertising.

About the Role
  • Create visually compelling brand-aligned content that resonates with our target audience
  • Translate marketing strategies and audience insights into impactful visual storytelling across multiple platforms
  • Develop and present weekly social media performance reports, providing key insights and actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure creative alignment with brand and campaign objectives
Responsibilities
  • Design original graphics and illustrations for social media, website content, email campaigns, and digital advertising
  • Grow and engage social media channels organically by producing visually compelling, brand-aligned content that resonates with our target audience
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify trends, benchmark performance, and uncover new content opportunities
  • Maintain a consistent and cohesive visual identity across all marketing touchpoints
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing creative specialist role
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
