Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Laus Group of Companies.

Responsibilities:
  1. Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to the sales team, ensuring they meet their targets and goals.
  2. Target Setting: Work closely with the Business Manager to set realistic sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
  3. Sales Calendar Management: Create and distribute a monthly sales calendar to the sales team, ensuring everyone is aware of their tasks and deadlines.
  4. Prospect Monitoring: Regularly review the sales prospects monitoring system and take prompt action when necessary.
  5. Customer Relations: Build strong relationships with clients by preparing and explaining sales proposals effectively.
  6. Coaching and Mentoring: Assist in coaching and mentoring sales executives to improve their performance and skills.
Requirements:
  1. Education: A graduate of any four-year course.
  2. Experience: At least 4 years of work experience in Sales/Marketing.
  3. Skills: Excellent organization, planning, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Presentation Skills: Able to present information and address business concerns of the management team and customers.
  5. Driver's License: Possess at least a valid non-professional driver's license.
  6. Location: Willing to be assigned in Subic, Zambales.
