About the Role:

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate construction activities across multiple sites nationwide
  • Develop and implement construction schedules, resource plans, and procurement strategies
  • Lead the performance management and professional development of project engineers, site managers, and construction teams
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and site teams to resolve bottlenecks and mitigate risks
  • Monitor progress, review operations, and ensure alignment with approved plans
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
