Job Description

Overview of the Role:

The NetSuite Implementation Specialist is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and customization of the Oracle NetSuite ERP system at K.U.S Structural Components, Inc. This role requires a deep understanding of NetSuite's capabilities and the ability to drive system adoption, continuous improvement, and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the entire Oracle NetSuite ERP implementation process to ensure vendor deliverables align with business objectives and operational requirements.
  2. Maximize business value through system optimization by identifying and implementing opportunities for automation and process improvement to enhance NetSuite functionality and efficiency.
  3. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and vendors to ensure efficient project management, resolve issues promptly, and achieve project goals.
  4. Promote user adoption through comprehensive training and support, provide ongoing user assistance, and ensure the system is effectively utilized across the organization.
  5. Ensure system performance and data integrity by troubleshooting technical issues, overseeing data quality, and collaborating with vendors to maintain system security and reliability.
  6. Design and manage reports, dashboards, and KPIs to deliver actionable insights and enhance organizational performance.
  7. Stay proactive in adapting the system to evolving needs by keeping updated on new NetSuite features and recommending upgrades or improvements to support the company's growth and changing requirements.
  8. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
