Creative Project Manager

As a Creative Project Manager at our organization, you will lead creative projects for an eCommerce growth marketing firm that partners with top consumer brands.

Coordinate and execute strategies to elevate clients' online presence. Collaborate with a team dedicated to delivering comprehensive eCommerce solutions, including design, development, and digital marketing.

  • Client Liaison: Schedule and lead calls with clients to understand and document project requirements.
  • Project Organizer: Manage and organize project files in Google Drive and Dropbox, ensuring all client documents are accessible and up-to-date.
  • Task Translator: Create and manage Asana tickets based on client requirements, providing clear, actionable tasks for the design team.
  • Workflow Collaborator: Partner with designers and clients to facilitate smooth project workflows from initiation to completion.
  • Deadline Driver: Monitor project timelines and milestones, ensuring deliverables are met on time and to the highest quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extensive experience working with creative teams, particularly designers, in a project management capacity.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to clearly translate client needs into detailed tasks.
  • Skilled in using Asana, Google Drive, Dropbox, and other project management platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to managing client expectations and relationships.
  • Comfortable managing multiple client projects simultaneously, maintaining a high level of detail and consistency.

A successful candidate should have a strong understanding of project management principles, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
