Job Description
  • Examine patients' eyes to diagnose vision problems and eye diseases.
  • Prescribe corrective lenses to correct vision problems.
  • Treat vision problems with medications, glasses, or contact lenses.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in a science-related field.
  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) Degree from an accredited optometry school.
