Job Summary

Virtual Marketing Support Specialist

This role requires a highly organized and creative individual to assist with marketing campaigns, video editing, and social media management.

  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and digital promotions
  • Create and edit short-form videos, reels, and marketing content
  • Plan, schedule, and engage on social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Manage calendars, emails, research tasks, and file organization
  • Help create visually aligned graphics and written content using brand guidelines
Key Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Marketing Assistant, or in a similar support role
  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Capcut, Vimeo, Zoom, Canva, Google Workspace, project management software (e.g., Monday, Trello), and social media schedulers (e.g., Zapier, Hootsuite)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
  • Able to adapt quickly, take initiative, and follow through without constant supervision
