
IT Recruitment Director

The purpose of this role is to lead a team and drive the end-to-end recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily/weekly/monthly metrics to executive leadership teams, accountable for client-specific SLAs and compliance with processes.
- Act as an escalation point for issues that arise and identify optimal solutions.
- Support recruiters with workload allocation, including volume forecasting and headcount planning.
- Deliver performance optimization of team members, ensuring KPIs are set and appropriate development plans are devised.
- Recruit and induct new staff as required, ensuring effective training and onboarding minimize disruption to clients.
- Monitor and achieve team targets, budget, and SLAs around effectiveness, timelines, candidate quality, delivery of recruitment services, and client satisfaction.
- Perform managerial responsibilities, including interviewing, hiring, coaching, managing recruitment teams.
- Help team and individual team members meet established goals and metrics.
- Establish regular communication with the team, participate in daily huddle and team meetings with established agendas.
- Serve as front-line escalation for executive leadership teams and recruitment management groups.
- Develop recruitment strategies and processes to improve outcomes.
- Define and communicate individual and team KPIs via scorecards.
- Collaborate with sales and recruitment management groups to ensure partnership success.
- Generate reports on performance measurement and KPIs of recruitment management groups to facilitate performance excellence.
Requirements:
- Thorough understanding of recruitment processes.
- Proven experience working as a Recruiting Manager.
- Experience conducting performance reviews and driving performance improvement across process management, SLA compliance, and personal conduct.
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract IT professionals aligned with growth objectives.
- Pipeline Development: Create and maintain a network of passive and active candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborative Hiring Process: Partner with recruiters to understand position requirements and drive the recruitment process.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and regional labor markets to provide insights and recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization and develop strong client relationships.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is desirable.
- Ability to use data and analytics to drive performance.
- Experience handling offshore recruitment processes helping local and US clients.
- Experience interacting directly with Client hiring Managers and Recruiters.
