- Payroll: Prepare accurate and timely payroll reports, ensuring zero audit findings and complaints.
- Employee Relations: Handle corrective action processes based on company policies, document incidents, and conduct exit interviews with separating employees.
- Timekeeping: Ensure accuracy in timekeeping records, familiarity with labor standards, and computation of leave credits and salary loans.
- Performance Management: Contribute to the development and implementation of performance management systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development Management, Psychology, or related fields.
- At least 6 months of experience in handling HR facets.
- Strong personality, knowledgeable about DOLE reports and processes.
- Able to work 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday, and willing to start ASAP.
