We are seeking an Environmental Specialist to ensure sustainable development and compliance with environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop EIA reports and support ESIA development according to Performance Standard and Equator Principles;
  • Support pre- and post-project monitoring;
  • Monitor EIA Conclusion implementation;
  • Due Diligence support and ESG principle implementation, including participation in negotiations during foreign investor audits for lending to renewable energy facilities;
  • Develop and maintain ESAP and ESMP, as well as implement and monitor specified measures;
  • Create instructions, policies, regulations, management plans, and other documentation according to IFC Performance Standard and Equator Principles requirements;
  • Prepare environmental sections of non-financial reporting in the ESG area;
  • Maintain and develop documentation according to international standards for the ISO 14001 environmental management system;
  • Track changes in legislation and adjust relevant processes;
  • Develop an environmental protection plan for structural enterprises of DTEK Renewable Energy LLC;
  • Organize training for those responsible for environment at structural enterprises of DTEK Renewable Energy LLC;
  • Prepare statistical and tax reporting on environmental protection issues;
  • Interact with state structures on environmental issues, monitor national legislation compliance, support environmental inspections, and implement SEI regulations;
  • Control employees' compliance with regulatory and legal requirements and corporate requirements for environmental protection.
