We are seeking a seasoned Finance Leader to oversee our corporate headquarters located in the United States of America. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in standard U.S. accounting practices and methods.

\

The Finance Leader will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial reports for management and outside agencies on a monthly, quarterly, yearly basis as required. This includes project life-cycle cost analysis, providing and interpreting financial information, developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk, and conducting and coordinating internal and external audits and preparing fiscal documentation.

The Finance Leader will also oversee audits, cost and general accounting, budgeting, accounts receivable/collection, and billing. All specified responsibilities will similarly extend to guiding the work of the company's accounting team based in India.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance\
  • CPA certification\
  • Must have direct experience with USA accounting systems\
  • 5 years of experience in managing full accounting duties in a medium- or large-size company\
  • Advanced knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)\
  • Experience with ERP accounting software, Microsoft Dynamics\
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills\
  • High professional standards and ethics, with an ability to handle confidential information\
  • Excellent communications skills and ability to handle multiple tasks at one time\
  • Performance management of support staff\
  • Direct experience coordinating internal and external audits\
