**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Development Engineer to join our team at BTSMC Managing Solutions, Inc. (formerly Brunel Technical Services Manpower Corp).

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing project development support services to clients' CAPEX projects, ensuring the consistent implementation of the Opportunity Delivery Manual (ODM), Client's & Industry Design Standards, and PH Statutory Requirements.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Preparing project status reports by collecting, analyzing, summarizing information, and recommending actions.
  • Attending and participating in regular progress meetings and other project meetings.
  • Preparing Project Services Plans (PSPs) to initiate Design and Engineering (D&E) work.

You will also determine project scope by securing customer requirements, prepare required documents, ensure internal reviews, and secure support and approvals from relevant client-approving staff.

Additionally, you will consolidate required drawings and designs, secure cost estimates, prepare project schedules, maintain bid documents, conduct technical bid evaluations, and monitor compliance to applicable codes and practices.

This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, summarizing information, and recommending actions.
  2. Attend and participate in regular progress meetings and other project meetings.
  3. Prepare Project Services Plans (PSPs) to initiate Design and Engineering (D&E) work.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in Construction, Design & Engineering work.
  • 3 years of Oil & Gas experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of international codes and standards: API & ASME.
