Job Description:

As a Crusher Juice Analyst, you will be responsible for performing routine analysis on crusher juice samples to ensure the quality of our sugar production process.

You will conduct chemical tests and measurements to assess the composition and properties of the juice, document and report your findings, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Collaboration with the broader technical and operations teams is essential to optimise the sugar production workflow and adhere to safety and quality control protocols.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field, such as chemistry, biochemistry or food science/ BS Biology
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams
  • A passion for quality control and a commitment to maintaining high standards
  • Familiarity with relevant laboratory equipment and analytical techniques
