We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Pioneer Development Inc.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and addressing potential security risks within our enterprise-wide systems. This includes reviewing system log data, documenting findings, and recommending corrective actions.

In addition, the Technical Support Specialist will work closely with the Systems Fulfillment Team to implement process improvements and ensure compliance with established guidelines.
