Lexagle is seeking an Outbound Marketing Manager to devise and implement proactive marketing strategies, leveraging email, social media, and direct outreach to drive customer engagement and generate leads. This individual will collaborate with the marketing team and report to the Head of Marketing.
Job DescriptionThis role involves developing and executing multi-channel campaigns across various platforms, including email, social media, and events. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in generating leads and executing outbound marketing for the legaltech or SaaS industry.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research and analyze buying behaviour for assigned territories.
- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns across various platforms, including email, social media, and events.
- Develop compelling marketing content, such as email templates, thought leadership pieces, and other marketing materials, to engage target audiences.
- Implement lead generation strategies, incorporating multi-channel campaigns and workflow automation to enhance prospect engagement.
- Establish a pipeline of sales-qualified leads, maintain relationships with prospects, and ensure a seamless transition to the sales team for purchase-ready prospects.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to drive improvements and optimize ROI.
- Prepare regular reports on the progress of each lead and performance versus targets.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and tech, to ensure efficient and effective campaign execution.
- At least 3 years of experience in generating leads and executing outbound marketing for the legaltech or SaaS industry.
- Comfortable interacting with high-ranking corporate officials (CXOs); results-driven experience in lead generation is required.
- Account-based marketing experience is an asset.
- Proficiency in using lead prospecting and marketing automation platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
- Experience with CRM software (Pipedrive) is beneficial.
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and presentation skills, particularly for B2B audiences.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization.
- Client-oriented mindset and consultative approach to build productive relationships with clients.
- Strong business acumen.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Fluency in Business English.
