Art Director - up to 160k - Hybrid - Taguig

We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Art Director to lead the development of innovative XR/MR products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create visionary designs that exceed user expectations and push the boundaries of what is possible in XR/MR.
  2. Lead a team of designers to develop exceptional designs that capture the essence of a product or concept.
  3. Collaborate with other team members, including the Creative Director, visual, and UX designers, to ensure designs meet project goals and user needs.
  4. Present deliverables to clients and internal stakeholders, articulate rationale for approach, and guide the end-to-end process of projects.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and growth.

Requirements:

  • Highly creative and able to come up with innovative concepts and ideas that push the boundaries of what is possible while understanding technical limitations.
  • Ability to apply design principles including typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of designers.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with a team of designers and communicate regularly with the Creative Director.
  • Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and design trends, with a strong desire to expand skillset and stay ahead of the curve.
