We are looking for a seasoned software developer to join our team as a Senior Software Engineer.

About the Role

The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing and installing software solutions that meet high-performance design standards. This includes implementing application designs, coding, caching mechanisms, security, encryption, state management, error logging, debugging and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement application designs, including coding, caching mechanisms, security, encryption, state management, error logging, debugging, and testing.
  • Develop frameworks and processes for applications using existing technologies in a structured and maintainable fashion.
  • Evaluate and improve application performance, optimizing database queries and stored procedures.
  • Coordinate project requirements, design, and implementation, working closely with product development teams and stakeholders.
  • Perform unit and system level testing, ensuring the quality of software releases.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience with .NET Technologies (.NET Core, ASP.Net, MVC 4.0 or above) and C# as primary language. Additionally, they should have 3+ years experience with SQL Server 2019 or above. A working knowledge of microservice architecture and RESTful API design is also required. The candidate should have experience with unit testing (NUnit or xUnit), distributed source control (Git), and automated testing.

A solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design, is essential for this role.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Blazor 7 or above, front-end technologies (Angular or React), Entity Framework 6.0 or EF Core with LINQ, and data manipulation and front-end development with Python would be an advantage.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
