About the Role:

The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role oversees multi-channel marketing initiatives, manages the marketing team, and collaborates with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy in alignment with company objectives, conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning, and lead the development of annual marketing plans.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, print, and out-of-home advertising, and collaborate with creative, product, and sales teams to develop compelling messaging and content.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, provide guidance and support to help them achieve their goals, and foster a collaborative, innovative, and performance-driven culture within the marketing department.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing and communication channels, monitor brand performance and customer perception, and lead brand awareness initiatives.
  • Digital Marketing and Analytics: Oversee digital marketing strategies, monitor and analyze campaign performance, and develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to track the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
