About the Role

The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, including managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

This role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
  • Monitor daily financial transactions and ensure proper documentation
  • Manage general ledger accounts and reconcile bank statements
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare necessary filings
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors
  • Support the Finance Manager in other accounting-related tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
  • CPA is an advantage but not required
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
