Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Manager to join our team. As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for leading audits and reviews, providing value-adding consultative services to stakeholders, and collaborating with external auditors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement audit plans, risk assessments, and work programs.
  • Lead teams of auditors in conducting audits and reviews, and ensure that they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Provide guidance and direction to team members, and ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Collaborate with external auditors to ensure that audits are conducted in accordance with international standards.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations to enhance internal controls, risk management, and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in auditing, preferably in a Big Four firm.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
