Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage merchandise and inventory levels across all concession stores to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with store managers and sales teams to implement sales initiatives and ensure effective execution of sales plans.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address these gaps.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate best prices and terms.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or Accountancy.
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail, sales or operations.
  • Knowledge of concession procedures, inventory management, sales order processing and merchandise management.
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
