Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our team at Shopee. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating HR operations across the organization.

Key responsibilities include supporting employee communications, coordinating with parallel teams related to employee case resolution, engagement activities, payroll and benefits, and other administrative concerns.

You will also ensure HR compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements and audits.

In this role, you will work closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support employee communications, including policy cascades, reminders, and other HR initiatives.
  • Coordinate with parallel teams related to employee case resolution, engagement activities, payroll and benefits, and other administrative concerns.
  • Ensure HR compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements and audits.
  • Work closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Assist with implementation of new and ongoing business initiatives, as needed.
