Job Overview

The Metropolitan Bank and Trust Company seeks an experienced IT Quality Review Officer to join its Business Technology team. This project-based role involves reviewing parameter changes for enterprise-wide systems, identifying anomalies, and recommending action plans to address gaps or issues.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring compliance to identified action items, generating BT metrics, and recommending process improvements and automation.
  2. He/she shall also monitor implementation and maintenance of these improvements.

Requirements

  • A graduate of any 4-year IT-related course with at least 2 years of experience in an IT related function, preferably in IT Audit / Security from a Financial industry.
  • Solid understanding of information technology and information security is essential.
  • Experience in developing and enhancing IT processes and systems, as well as process review, is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge in system log review is an added advantage.
