  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members to improve testing skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and present executive reports to stakeholders, highlighting testing progress and results.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in software development and test automation.
  • Strong knowledge of test practices, automation frameworks, and tools.
  • Experience with leading a team and mentoring junior team members.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
