- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Conduct outbound tele calling to generate qualified leads for cybersecurity solutions.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule product demos with decision-makers and prospects to introduce the cybersecurity product.
- Prospect Engagement: Promote the cybersecurity product's value proposition to potential customers through effective tele calling conversations.
- Demo Coordination & Follow-Up: Coordinate demo schedules and consistently follow up with prospects to convert them into long-term customers.
- CRM Management: Use CRM tools like Apollo.io, HubSpot, or Salesforce to track outreach activities, manage leads, and update pipeline statuses.
- Outreach Optimization: Continuously refine tele calling scripts and outreach strategies to maximize lead conversion rates.
- Experience: At least 4+ years of experience in outbound tele calling or lead generation within IT or tech industries.
- Cybersecurity Knowledge: Basic understanding of cybersecurity products, solutions, and trends is a plus.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRMs such as Apollo.io, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to effectively engage with US-based prospects over the phone.
