Senior Test Automation Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) professional to join our team. As a QA engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our software products.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using testing tools.
- Create test strategies and test documents, and processes.
- Report and discuss issues with the development team.
- Perform both manual and automation testing, and create test scripts for projects.
- Provide accurate record results, test cases, and share feedback to the project team.
- Ensure the finished product meets project objectives.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline.
- At least 5-7 years of working experience in QA procedures, programming languages, and test management tools.
- Strong experience in test automation tools (e.g., Postman, Selenium).
- Experience with API Testing.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, C#, Python, etc.).
- Leadership experience is an advantage.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, analytical skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Good presentation skills and report writing skills.
Preferred Skills/Experience/Certifications:
Relevant certifications in Azure, Microsoft, Agile, etc. Experience in SQL/NoSQL databases is also desirable.
