Product Packaging Design Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Product Packaging Design Specialist to collaborate with our creative team in developing visually appealing and functional product packaging solutions. The ideal candidate will assist in creating brand-aligned packaging designs, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop print-ready artwork while adhering to brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and deadlines.
  • Modify existing packaging designs for various formats, sizes, and product lines.
  • Support the development of packaging assets to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with Product Development and Compliance teams to create new and updated packaging that meets regulatory requirements and reflects brand needs.
  • Share design drafts and packaging mockups for review and feedback.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in packaging design, preferably with at least 1 year in a coordinator or similar role.
  • Intermediate proficiency in design software is required, preferably Adobe Illustrator. Experience with Photoshop is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in packaging design for Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Retail is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to present creative ideas effectively.
