Job Overview:

The Philippine Football Federation is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Solutions Coordinator to join our team and lead the development of efficient plans and processes for the receipt, storage, distribution, re-supply, and dissolution of goods at assigned venues for the FIFA Futsal Women's World Cup 2025.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of logistics operational plans, policies, and procedures, as well as agreed service levels, through collaboration with internal FIFA functions and external stakeholders.
  • Manage in-venue operational planning and resource scoping sessions to obtain requirements and communicate logistics operational plans, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop and manage delivery schedules for bump-in, re-supply, and bump-out of venues while identifying cost-effective measures for utilizing staff and equipment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics operations management, preferably in event management or sports industry.
