Responsibilities:

  1. Lead brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ideas from project briefs.
  2. Transform creative concepts into visually stunning artworks that engage audiences.
  3. Evaluate and ensure the delivery of high-quality work products from the creative team, escalating issues to the Creative Director as needed.
  4. Effectively manage time and workload in alignment with the Creative Team's Project Timeline.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in Advertising, Fine Arts, Design, Multi-media Arts, Visual Communication, or Digital Media.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the advertising industry, specifically in Below-the-line and Digital Advertising.
  • Portfolio presentation of creative works demonstrating skill and expertise.
  • Proficiency in 3D, photography, Adobe Creative Suite, UI & UX Design, Google Sketch-up, and related software tools.
