Lab Test Management Specialist

We're seeking skilled professionals to support the daily operations of a fast-growing platform, working closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.

This is not your typical customer support role — it requires technical aptitude, strong problem-solving skills, and ideally some healthcare-related experience.

  • Process lab test orders and ensure timely and accurate delivery of results. Coordinate with vendors (e.g., diagnostic labs, customers, vendors) to resolve order or delivery issues.
  • Monitor internal dashboards for system delays or outages. Proactively troubleshoot and escalate issues across multiple platforms.
  • Provide direct support to customers via Slack, email, and internal ticketing systems. Maintain SLA standards for response and resolution times. Interact with clients primarily through chat, with occasional voice support.
  • Assist the Operations team with routine tasks to ensure smooth workflow. Collaborate cross-functionally to support process improvements and documentation.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Overall 3-7+ years of professional work experience in a startup environment, preferably in healthcare settings.
  • Experience in healthcare settings is a strong plus (e.g., insurance claims, medical billing, clinical support, revenue cycle management).
  • Strong technical aptitude; comfortable working across multiple systems and tools.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and adapt in a startup environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially written communication via chat (B2 Level English Minimum - Business Professional).
