  • Develop comprehensive training materials and modules for Air Conditioning products, covering technical specifications, installation, service, and maintenance procedures.
  • Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for internal members, contractors, developers, and consultants.
  • Collaborate with Headquarters Engineering team to stay updated on new features and technologies.
  • Provide Technical Support to Sales Team and Customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring a deep understanding of Air Conditioning products.
  • Continuously assess training effectiveness, making adjustments to improve learning outcomes.
  • Manage the training facility, ensuring that all equipment and tools are in good condition.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or TESDA Graduate with prior experience in conducting training.
  • With or without license for Mechanical Engineering or TESDA NCII Certification.
  • Proven experience in training, preferably in HVAC or Air-Conditioning Industry.
  • Strong Understanding of air-conditioner products and basic concepts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to tailor content for various audiences, including technical and non-technical individuals.
  • Willingness to travel for training sessions and workshops.
