Key Responsibilities
  1. Personnel Management: Directs and coordinates activities related to personnel management, including learning and development, wage and salary administration, benefits and welfare administration, labor and employee relations, recruitment services, and expat management.
  2. Training Programs: Oversees and directs the planning and implementation of hotel training programs based on training needs analysis and corporate-initiated programs for regular staff and interns.
