About the Role

The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining customer relationships, and promoting the company's products or services to prospective and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Actively prospect, identify, and engage with potential customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate products or services.
  • Sales Presentations: Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients, highlighting features, benefits, and value.
  • Sales Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers to close sales.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Order Management: Process customer orders, follow up on pending orders, and ensure timely delivery of products or services.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to provide the best solutions.
  • Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
  • Product Knowledge: Continuously improve knowledge of the company's products, services, and industry to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, progress, and customer feedback to management.
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide ongoing support to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
