Schedule

  • Hybrid schedule | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
  • Process daily accounts payable transactions
  • Understand and address compliance issues related to accounts payable processes and payment methods
  • Generate reports on accounts payable performance
  • Perform data entry tasks related to sales invoicing, AR aging, and sales reporting
  • Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Accounting degree (CPA or Non-CPA)
  • At least 2 - 3 years of experience in accounts payable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Able to work independently and lead in understanding client needs
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Xero experience is a plus
  • Experience working with an Australian company is a plus
