Job Description

As a QA/QC Engineer at Weathertech Refrigeration and Aircon Co., you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our products and services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and 1-3 years of experience in the refrigeration and air-conditioning industry.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Verifying approval procedures are re-adopted, implemented, and maintained by assigned personnel.
  • Ensuring only top-quality goods are supplied as per procurement requirements.
  • Ensuring all personnel are adequately qualified and trained in relevant disciplines.
  • Implementing detailed quality control plans to ensure accurate inspections and test results.
  • Reviewing audit findings and implementing necessary improvements and corrective actions.
  • Assisting the quality coordinator in implementing and maintaining the quality assurance program.
  • Documenting test results of installed systems.
  • Collating documents for project turnover, including as-built records, OIMM, approved submittals, and test results.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A college graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the refrigeration and air-conditioning industry.
