Salary:
Annual Salary: ₱800,000 - ₱1,200,000 depending on experience

Job Description:
As a Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and securing the store's resources (personnel, inventory, and equipment) using established systems and procedures with the end goal of achieving sales targets and satisfying the customer while maintaining a profitable retail operation. You will achieve financial objectives set for the stores and area assignment, ensuring that merchandising standards are maintained, marketing programs and events are implemented as directed, and premium customer service is provided to drive sales and meet customer needs. Additionally, you will ensure that the store's inventory value is within applied variances.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field. A minimum of 3 years of working experience in the related field is required, preferably as a supervisor or equivalent. You must also be willing to work in KCC Cotabato.
