Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.

- Ensure that all financial transactions comply with company policies and accounting principles.
Tax & Compliance Support:
- Assist in the preparation and filing of tax reports (VAT, withholding tax, income tax).
- Ensure accurate computation and remittance of government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Support audits by preparing necessary documents and reports.
Administrative & Accounting Support:
- Assist in managing petty cash and processing employee reimbursements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and clients regarding invoicing and payment processing.
- Provide support to the accounting team for financial analysis and budgeting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance-related roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and government compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in bookkeeping for a manpower agency, events management, or service-based business.
- Familiarity with BIR tax filings and government contributions.
