Sales Content Specialist

This is a dynamic role that involves developing and optimizing content to support sales initiatives.

  • Create, edit, and maintain sales content such as sales decks, proposals, case studies, one-pagers, brochures, email templates, and pitch materials in close cooperation with the sales team and external sales agents.
  • Design visually compelling and brand-aligned content to support sales initiatives, ensuring a high standard of graphic quality and presentation.
  • Develop customized content tailored to different industries, customer personas, and stages of the sales funnel.
  • Ensure all sales materials are aligned with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging frameworks.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical and complex information into compelling, customer-focused narratives.
  • Support the continuous improvement of the sales content library, ensuring easy access, version control, and relevance.
  • Analyze the performance of sales content through feedback and data insights, and recommend improvements.
  • Partner with the marketing team to ensure seamless integration between marketing campaigns and sales content.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor messaging to ensure our content remains competitive and impactful.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in content creation, sales enablement, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent graphic design skills and proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong ability to craft persuasive, concise, and engaging content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
