Responsibilities:
  1. Perform day-to-day accounting operations, including month-end close, accounts payable, and billing.
  2. Month-End Close: Book journal entries, update fixed asset schedules, and prepare close reporting files.
  3. Accounts Payable: Create bills in Ramp for approval and track disputes with vendors.
  4. Billing: Assist with onboarding customers and invoicing support.
  5. Payroll: Send reminders for payroll approval and perform period-over-period analysis for salaried/hourly employees.
  6. Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal accounting policies, and other regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting and AP roles.
  3. Knowledge of US GAAP accounting and internal controls.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems; Netsuite experience a plus.
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  6. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels.
