At Private Advertiser, we are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Transactions Coordinator to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Processing and managing invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
  • Accurately recording financial transactions into accounting software or spreadsheets.
  • Assisting with reconciling bank statements and ensuring all discrepancies are resolved.

In addition, the successful candidate will support the preparation and maintenance of the general ledger, maintain organized records of financial transactions, receipts, and other documentation, and assist in preparing for internal and external audits.

To qualify for this position, candidates should have an Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, as well as proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel, excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and good communication skills, both written and verbal, are also essential.
