About the Role

This role will be responsible for enhancing the overall employee experience through various initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs to boost morale and productivity.
  • Collaborate with line managers to ensure effective implementation of the company's Code of Conduct.
  • Manage recruitment processes, including conducting interviews.
  • Ensure accurate completion of training records and documentation.
  • Stay updated on labor laws and regulations.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field.
  • At least three years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a food manufacturing plant.
  • Knowledge of various HR aspects, including talent management and compensation and benefits.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and job analysis.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
