Project Manager Office Head

At Ayuda Business Management Solutions Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager Office Head to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple projects across various client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and deliver projects from the development phase to the delivery phase, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Manage project controls and developments to secure customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates, and utilization.
  • Generate regular reports, including quarterly business reviews, profit and loss statements, and cost and utilization analysis.
  • Collaborate with other departments to accomplish internal process requirements.
  • Manage recruitment, training, retention, and organization of technical teams.
  • Ensure Delivery and Project Management Team skills, competency, and technology certification are adequate and up-to-date.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of any IT-related course.
  • Project Management Professional Certification.
  • At least ten (10) years of solid experience in software development life cycle.
  • At least five (5) years of experience in a senior management role, handling a team of no less than ten (10) members.
  • Experience in financial management and handling conflicting interests.
  • At least five (5) years of experience in project management for an IT services and solutions company.

  • Time Management - Managing one's own time and the time of others. Ability to hit deadlines and finish projects based on committed timeline.
  • Project Management - Ability to spearhead a project and allocate resources as needed in order to accomplish tasks within a specified and committed timeline.
  • Team Management - ability to move and motivate team members to ensure maximum productivity.
