About the Role:

This is a key role in our Financial Operations department, responsible for supervising the delivery of all accounts payable activities and assisting the AP Leads in meeting their targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise the activities assigned by the Accounts Payable Team Lead.
  2. Assume the AP lead role as needed.
  3. Provide support and guidance to AP processors on day-to-day transaction processing.
  4. Collaborate with the AP Team Lead to supervise the regular AP processing team within Manila DC.
  5. Identify opportunities for Continuous Improvement initiatives.
  6. Ensure compliance with clients' published policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
  7. Escalate production issues to the AP Team Lead as necessary.
  8. Maintain high-quality work output in accordance with SLAs and metrics.
  9. Assist in creating Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for team members not meeting expected production or quality targets.
Requirements:Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  1. A degree in Accountancy, Business, or Finance, or relevant work experience.
  2. At least 3 years of solid Finance/Accounting experience in Accounts Payable / Procure to Pay Process.
  3. 1 year of supervisory experience.
  4. Excellent communication skills.
  5. Availability to work in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Taguig, or Alabang.
  6. Amenability to work Full RTO and night shift schedules.
