Billing and AR Specialist Role

This is a hands-on execution role where subscription management, reconciliations, disputes, and month-end reporting are at the core.

About the Job
  • Manage subscription lifecycles: new setups, plan changes, proration, cancellations, reconciliations, and revenue tracking in Stripe.
  • Owning dispute representation: prepare evidence packets to protect company revenue.
  • Execute billing workflows in HubSpot, including automation of tickets and cross-team communication.
  • Support month-end close: AR aging reports, reconciliations, and cash forecasting.
  • Investigate delinquencies: analyze root cause, adjust accounts, and handle outbound collections calls/emails.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in billing and accounts receivable in SaaS or subscription businesses.
  • Proven expertise with Stripe Subscriptions (not just invoice/payment processing).
  • DIRECT EXPERIENCE IN PREPARING DISPUTE REPRESENTATION EVIDENCE TO BANKS/PAYMENT PROCESSORS.
  • Strong knowledge of HubSpot for AR/billing workflows.
  • Familiarity with collections outreach (calls + email), but with a focus on solving process issues behind delinquency.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for reconciliations, AR aging, and reporting.

  • Prior exposure to US-based SaaS subscription billing.
  • Track record of building or optimizing dunning workflows.
