Yosimite Oriental Supersystem Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Healthcare Professional to fill the role of Occupational Health Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting the health and well-being of employees, providing immediate medical attention to work-related issues or illnesses, and ensuring compliance with occupational health standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide First Aid and Basic Medical Care: Offer first aid and basic medical care for work-related injuries and illnesses, prioritizing employee safety and well-being.
• Manage the Company Clinic: Ensure the availability of medicines and medical supplies in the company clinic, maintaining a clean and organized environment for employee use.
• Conduct Health Assessments: Conduct regular health assessments and monitor the health status of employees, providing guidance and support to promote healthy behaviors.
• Maintain Employee Health Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date health records of employees, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with External Healthcare Providers: Collaborate with external healthcare providers or hospitals in cases of emergency, ensuring timely and effective medical attention.
• Develop Health and Wellness Programs: Organize and implement health and wellness programs, including vaccination drives, health seminars, and disease prevention activities to promote employee health and well-being.
• Ensure Compliance with Occupational Health Standards: Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards set by regulatory agencies, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements:

• Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse/Nursing school degree
  • Working experience as a company nurse or registered nurse
  • Comprehensive clinical training in occupational health and nursing
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Critical-thinking skills
  • A warm and caring disposition

Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development within the organization.
