Job SummaryThe ideal candidate for this role will serve as a strategic partner to the Founder, providing high-level administrative support and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inbox and Communications Management: Manage communications with clients, team members, and industry partners, prioritizing the Founder's needs.
  • Calendar Management: Optimize the Founder's calendar across multiple time zones and ensure preparedness.
  • Project Support: Drive communication and follow-up on key real estate initiatives and deals.
  • Travel Coordination: Handle professional and personal travel logistics, anticipating needs and resolving disruptions.
  • Personal Support: Manage the Founder's personal logistics, including appointments and tasks.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Identify and address administrative and operational bottlenecks before they become problems.

Requirements

  • Experience as a high-level Virtual Assistant or Operations Manager, preferably supporting founders or executives.
  • Background in the real estate industry is an advantage.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Able to solve complex logistical problems autonomously and creatively.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace and modern productivity tools.
